Dihmaxxing is a deliberately absurd entry in the “-maxxing” family of slang (looksmaxxing, gymmaxxing, sleepmaxxing). It takes the self-improvement format and turns it into pure brainrot — “maxxing” something that very much should not be maxxed.

“-maxxing” means optimizing one thing as hard as possible. The internet ran it into the ground until people started inventing increasingly unhinged versions. Dihmaxxing is the punchline: peak self-improvement, allegedly.
is it serious?
No. That’s the entire point. It’s a bit, and wearing it deadpan is the joke.
