privacy policy
last updated: 22 June 2026
cooked clothes (“we”, “us”) runs the store at cookedclothes.com. We’re based in Estonia (EU). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who processes it for us, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Questions? Email support@cookedclothes.com.
what we collect & why
- Email address — if you sign up via our popup/newsletter. We use it to send you the discount code and marketing emails. Legal basis: your consent. You can unsubscribe any time via the link in any email.
- Order & delivery details (name, shipping address, email, payment) — collected at checkout, which is hosted by Shopify, to process and ship your order. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
- Usage analytics — aggregate, privacy-friendly page-view and performance data via Vercel Analytics. It does not use tracking cookies and does not identify you personally. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the site.
- Local storage — we store a small flag in your browser so the welcome popup only shows once. It isn’t shared with anyone.
- Embedded content — some pages embed TikTok posts. TikTok may set its own cookies and collect data when those load, governed by TikTok’s privacy policy.
who processes your data
We don’t sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that run the store:
- Shopify — checkout, payments & order management.
- Klaviyo — email marketing.
- Vercel — website hosting & analytics.
- Printify / print partners — to produce and ship your order.
- TikTok — only via embedded posts you may view on the site.
Some of these providers are based outside the EU (e.g. the US); where that’s the case, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
how long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for legal and accounting obligations, and marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email support@cookedclothes.com. You also have the right to complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).
changes
We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above will change when we do.
